Pushups- Good ole’ pushups 3x a day whenever you remember and in sets of 5.
Boxing- Through right and left uppercuts in an energized motion for 30 second sets 3 x.
Window washing- Clean all the windows in your house 2 times a week!

Whole Body Forte Mom Baby Movement

This class is designed to help mother’s get a great workout in while entertaining baby whilesometimes engaging them in new movements. You must register for this class by emailing nora@not-me.org or calling Together in Motion at (781) 643-1377. This session will run for four weeks. Two of the weeks we will:

  • Focus on baby
  • Perform workout that includes the baby

The other two weeks we will:

  • Use forms of dance and yoga as a fusion workout session
  • Focus more on the adult workout while baby plays

Because this is a class where our darlings are present, it is moderately structured, which means that if your baby wants to run the show,they may.

Price: $45 for 4 week class

When: Monday’s December 14,21 and 28th and January 4th.

Time: 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m.
